Although many would categorize this as a coincidence, I know that it was more of an angel intervention because I believe that there are no "coincidences".

This happened when I was 19 years old. My brother and I, along with a friend, were driving out to visit some friends who were staying in a rental cabin in Allegany State Park in NY. It was about 10 PM. Right when we reached the entrance of the park I had a tire blow out. Here we were in the middle of nowhere at 10 PM with the possibility that we would see no traffic for hours. We had no cell phone signal since we were in the boonies, no car jack and no flashlight. It would be a couple hours' walk in either direction to find a phone or a person with a jack because the entrance of the park is miles from the rental cabins and the supply store.

So, we pulled over where there was a turnabout and were pondering what to do next. All of a sudden, we saw headlights coming our way and headed out to the side of the road to flag down the car. What do you know, it was a tow truck! The driver pulled in behind my car, used his lift to jack up my car and even had a bright spotlight on the back of his truck so we could see what we were doing. He changed our tire in a matter of minutes and we were on our way.

Looking back, I still see how blessed we were that God was watching out for us. The odds against a tow truck driving by in the middle of nowhere at 10 PM are astronomical. This is why I don't believe that it was mere coincidence, but that our angels were watching over us.

As a side note, I had a friend who is a medium tell me that she saw the tip on an angel's wing peeking out behind my left shoulder. She said it was her way of letting me know that she's "got my back". As I am writing my story, I feel a heavy vibration and pressure right below my left shoulder blade. To me, that's confirmation that she was there with me that night, and it was indeed anything but a coincidence. Praise God!
