My eldest daughter, Deborah, was born in June, 1967, and my younger daughter, Elizabeth, two years later. When I started tracing my family tree, I discovered a great-great grandmother who was born in June, 1817 called Deborah, exactly 150 years before my daughter. She had several brothers but only one sister - Elizabeth.

Both Deborahs had/have sons called Robert. Deborah's daughter Mary (my great grandmother) lived in Mill Lane for many years. I also live in a Mill Lane. Mary's brother George appears on one census as living in "Mill House." The block of flats where I live is also called Mill House. I have the feeling that history is repeating itself.
