I found your website because it is mentioned on the acknowledgments page at the end of Small Miracles for Women, by Yitta Halberstam and Judith Leventhal. But there's more to the story than that!

I have been noticing 11:11 for years. Again and again, right at the moment of some revelatory insight or significant event or shift in awareness, I'll look the clock and the time will be 11:11 (or, less often, 1:11). I often find it to be 11:11 when I glance at the clock just before going to sleep. Or it's 11:11 when I'm down and need a drop of encouragement and "just happen" to notice the clock on the coffeemaker or computer or VCR.

Yesterday I was feeling a bit down and not looking forward to the weekend. On the way home from work, driving in traffic on the freeway, I noticed the minivan in front of me had 444 in the license plate. I was "stuck" behind the vehicle and had to keep looking at the number. I glanced at the car to the right and saw a 44 and also the initials of my maiden name, VK. Add to that the fact that I'm presently 44 years old and I couldn't "not" notice the coincidence. However, I'd never heard of 444 being linked to anything meaningful.

When I got home, a Small Miracles book which I had ordered arrived from Amazon. I started reading it immediately and late into the night, then finished it this morning. Hating to be done with it so quickly, I perused the final pages and read the acknowledgments (something I hadn't done with the previous two Small Miracles books I'd read). Yitta Halberstam mentions your website. I was intrigued with the name, The Spiritual Bridge, [the former name of Beyond Religion] and decided to check it out. It was there under the section on Angel Communications that I first heard of the significance of 444. Having just had my triple 44/444 experience yesterday, I was struck by the "coincidence"!

I don't know what it all means yet, but I'm definitely aware of these and many other meaningful "coincidences" in my life.

I have another 11:11 story for you .

A week or so ago, trying to resolve a difficult personal problem, I had just completed an upsetting phone call that left me near tears. Before this phone call, I had been about to enter a check I'd written into my checkbook register. But I had not yet subtracted the expense from the previous balance. Head in hand, tears puddling in my eyes, I did the math: subtracting from right to left, the numbers came up: 1...1...1...1...7 ($711.11). As the fourth "1" appeared, I burst out laughing, followed by more tears.

I also recently got another 444. I was entering our house and happened to look down at a basketball that had rolled into the corner just outside the door. This ball has been in this very spot many times, but I had never looked down at it before. When I did, I saw, along with the manufacturer's logo, bold black numbers: 444.

I tell a similar story in my book, A Handbook For Heretics. I mention a woman friend of mine who called me while I was writing the chapter in the book which tells about the significance of 1111. She told me she was seeing 11:11 all the time. She thought she was the only one this was happening to.

The timing was perfect for me. It was a message from my angels that all this is true, in spite of the fact that lots of people think we're nuts for believing it. There is definitely something going on. I think our angels are making a concerted effort to make us aware of their presence. We need to listen and to encourage other people to listen, also. It would change the world if everyone believed what we know to be true.
